Since 2009 my wife and I have been working in the slums of Nakuru, Kenya and praying to find a place of refuge. A place where we and the people we work with, could find a resting place from the terrible difficulties associated with life and ministry in the slums. A place where we could lift people out of the slum mindset and give them a glimpse of heaven. We have now found that place… and by faith, we have purchased 3 1/2 acres.
Windy Hill is a place in which the StoneHouse Ministries staff can live and minister together in the unity of God’s Holy Spirit. Our hopes are that Windy Hill Christian Community will become an oasis for other missionaries, a self-sustaining community for our staff, a conference retreat for seminars, a place for youth activities and a holistic learning centre for the surrounding community.
