For the past week, our dogs have been barking at night but we have not been able to see anything. That is till Saturday. Max, our little watchdog, began to bark the bark that only means someone or something is on the land that shouldn’t be. When the guys went to look they found a huge surprise. It was a three-and-a-half-foot Monitor lizard.

Though the bite is only a little poisonous to humans, they can break the neck of cats or in our case two little dogs. They also have in their mouth and three-inch claws fifty different kinds of bacteria that can cause serious bacterial infections. So, we had to kill it for the sake of the safety of little children and pets. We don’t like killing such things, but safety comes first.

We are resting up from the wonderful Youth Camp last week and still praising our Father for all He accomplished. Pray for us and we continue the journey following our King.
