Last week all the Windy Hill residents and a few guest broke bread together. It was sweet. We are learning the ups and downs, struggles and victories and most importantly the joy of being the physical Body of Christ. We can attest to the reality of Psalm 133 as it states …
“Behold how good and pleasant it is for brothers (and sisters) to live together in unity. It is like the precious oil (Holy Spirit) upon the head, running down the beard, the beard of Arron (Christ our High Priest) running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; For it is there the Lord commanded the blessing … Eternal Life”. Psalm 133
It is the local church, wherever Christ plants them that these blessings can be found. The church, if it really is the church, can experience the fulness of God contained in the entire universal church here on earth if they are united and growing in faith and experience. Eph. 3:14-21
That does not mean that local church is perfect in faith and experience. But it does mean that it is progressively maturing in the love of and work of God.
